Job Description
We are seeking an HR Executive to manage our recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. This role requires a strong background in Human Resources and knowledge of labor legislation.
Key responsibilities include designing compensation packages, implementing performance review procedures, developing fair HR policies, conducting recruitment processes, and coordinating employee training initiatives.
