Job Description
Location: Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Shift: Afternoon (12 PM – 1 PM start, 9-hour shift)
PlanLab Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent service to our international clients. You will handle customer interactions via chat, email, and phone, ensuring high satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through calls, live chat, and email.
- Resolve product, account, and order issues.
- Document interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the support team to maintain service quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
