Job Description
Location: G-13/4 Islamabad | Job Type: Full-time | Experience: 1-3 years
Red Star Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Associate Software PM/BA to manage software projects and facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee software development projects for timely delivery.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct UAT for quality assurance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of software project management or business analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
