Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our expanding Software House, focusing on Design and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main HR contact for teams, manage onboarding and performance, oversee payroll and benefits, and maintain a positive company culture.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in HR, experience in the Software House industry, strong payroll and attendance management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
