Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site) I-9 Islamabad
Walee Technologies is seeking a passionate Jr. Associate Negotiator to join our team. If you love assisting customers and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan applications.
- Make follow-up calls for repayments and feedback.
- Guide users on our mobile application.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent English and/or Urdu communication skills.
Salary: PKR 40,00/month + benefits
Education: Bachelor’s required

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
