Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Walee Technologies is seeking a motivated Jr. Customer Support Associate to join our expanding team in Islamabad. If you have a passion for assisting customers, possess strong communication skills, and are excited about working in a dynamic fintech environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist with loan eligibility and application inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Log customer interactions accurately in CRM.
- Monitor social media for feedback.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Tech-savvy and organized.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
