Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong conflict management and decision-making abilities are essential to ensure employee compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job descriptions and manage the employment process.
- Orient and train new and existing employees.
- Monitor employee performance and satisfaction.
- Oversee health and safety compliance.
- Administer payroll and benefits effectively.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of employment legislation.
