Job Description
Horyzon Zero Service is hiring a Chat Support Representative in Karachi. In this role, you will assist customers and transporters through live chat and email, addressing inquiries related to shipments, payments, and platform issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipments.
- Resolve issues and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain chat records in the CRM system.
- Meet performance goals for response time.
Requirements: Intermediate education, 1–2 years of experience, excellent written English, computer literacy, multitasking ability, and willingness to work shifts.
