Job Description
AWT Investments is seeking a dedicated CSR Executive responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls. Inbound duties include addressing customer queries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently. Outbound responsibilities focus on running promotional campaigns and conducting surveys. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism while offering high-quality customer support.
Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate CRM records. For outbound campaigns, you will engage customers to promote products, track leads, and achieve targets for call volumes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with prior experience in customer service preferred.
