Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Fragrance Sales Associate at Traditions by Saleem Fabrics, you will provide exceptional customer service while promoting our exclusive range of perfumes. Your main goal is to ensure a pleasant shopping experience by understanding customer preferences and making suitable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers.
- Suggest perfumes based on customer tastes.
- Provide information on fragrance notes, brands, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and appealing perfume display.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
