Job Description
We are Cakes and Bakes, a dynamic organization located in Lahore, seeking an Assistant Manager for our Customer Care team. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in BBA/MBA or a Master’s in Marketing) and 5–6 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of MS Office, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include leading customer care, resolving complaints, and ensuring outstanding service.
Salary ranges from Rs100,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month.
