Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to manage high volumes of incoming calls, generate sales leads, and build strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, providing accurate information, and maintaining detailed records.
Requirements: Proven customer support experience, strong communication skills, and effective multitasking abilities. This is a night shift position from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a one-hour break.
