Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, greet callers, determine the purpose of their calls, and resolve issues by directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the call operator database by entering and verifying information, and updating the contact log.
- Manage computerized telephone directories and records to provide accurate information as needed.
- Operate a centralized PABX communication system, following the hospital’s script when answering calls from external callers.
