Job Description
Position Overview:
The Kiran Foundation seeks a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to provide essential administrative and operational support to our HR Department. This role will facilitate smooth HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, and record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding, maintaining candidate databases.
