Job Description
Nextech Packages is seeking a dedicated Seaming Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring seaming machines to ensure high-quality sealing of laminated rolls or pouches. Key responsibilities include inspecting seams for defects, maintaining machine cleanliness, and recording production data. The candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience in a flexible packaging environment, knowledge of film structures like PET and LDPE, and basic mechanical skills. This is a full-time position, offering a salary starting from Rs60,00.00 per month. Work will be conducted in person.
