Job Description
EdSavvy Solutions is seeking dynamic Female Patient Support Executives to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore.
Job Specifications:
- Graduation degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in customer support or issue resolution
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Customer-centric attitude with emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, assertive, and responsive
Job Description: Interact with patients, schedule appointments, and provide support for prescriptions and reports.
Salary: Up to Rs80,00.00/month with performance-based bonuses.
Night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM required.
