Job Summary: We’re looking for a female Customer Care Executive to assist customers at our Faizabad bus terminal, both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and via phone.
- Provide information on schedules and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Coordinate with teams to enhance service.
- Assist with bookings and resolving complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in Urdu and English.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
