Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dyeing Shift Supervisor to join our team at a leading garment manufacturing factory. This full-time position requires a minimum of intermediate education and 4-5 years of experience in a knits fabric dyeing unit.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all dyeing processes run smoothly while meeting quality and production targets.
- Verifying dye recipes and shade matching according to customer specifications.
- Managing shift workers and upholding safety standards.
- Quickly resolving any process deviations or machine faults.
Compensation: Starting at Rs100,00.00 per month. This position is on-site.
