Job Description
Join Zeta Technologies as an Executive NOC! The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations by effectively managing shift activities, resolving technical issues, and overseeing provisioning and routing tasks. You will monitor messaging traffic, handle complaints, execute requests, and provide technical support while maintaining compliance with KPIs and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proficiency in SIP, SMPP SMS protocols, and Linux, is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Locations are at our Corporate Office in I-9/3, Islamabad.
