The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source candidates effectively using various tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. You should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
