Job Description
About the Role:
MARS BPO is expanding its sales team for our HVAC Lead Generation Campaign. We are looking for energetic, fluent English speakers to communicate with U.S.-based clients, generate leads, and meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. customers for HVAC services.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
