Job Description
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar / Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi — On-site
Shift: Mon–Sat | 6:00 PM–2:00 AM or 8:00 PM–4:00 AM
Type: Full-time | Pay: PKR 50,00–60,00 base + uncapped commission (OTE ₨150,00+ for top performers).

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound US campaigns (phone, LinkedIn/email)
– Qualify leads and close deals
– Maintain CRM records and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
– 1+ year experience in US B2B sales or BPO outbound
– Proven record of meeting quotas
– Strong English and negotiation skills.
