Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Address customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth operations.
- Support sales by appropriately directing customers.
- Manage cash/card transactions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills.
