Job Description:
Ensure effective terminal operations activities following HSEQ standards with continuous risk assessment. Engage the team to identify threats, incidents, and issues through periodic reviews of analysis and incident reports.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain a safe work environment and promote safe work practices.
– Act as the on-site incident leader during emergencies.
– Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.
– Lead technical staff in innovative methods for maximizing oil recovery.
– Direct workover and repair operations of wells.
– Ensure timely execution of operations projects.
– Support the Terminal Manager in performance-related issues.
Qualifications:
BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in oil terminal operations. Proven leadership skills and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
