Job Description
Nordica Health Products Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to manage our receivables and ensure timely payments from clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking credit accounts, maintaining accurate records, and building professional relationships with our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage receivables and ensure timely updates on aging reports.
2. Collect payment amounts from assigned customers.
3. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
4. Collaborate with the MIS department to maintain accurate data.
5. Enhance workflows to improve efficiency and minimize manual inputs.
6. Conduct client confirmations and manage new client accounts.
