Job Description
About the Role: ENCS Networks is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. You will manage daily HR operations and support the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to compliance.
Key Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and ensuring policy compliance.
Required Skills: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field with 4-5 years of generalist experience. Strong understanding of HR operations and excellent communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Work location is in person at Bahria Phase 7 RWP.
Time: 6 PM to 3 AM. Immediate joiners preferred.
