Job Description
I Tech is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our nighttime operations. This full-time position is located on-site in Lahore, Pakistan, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. Enjoy Sundays off!
The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and promote our services. A strong command of English is essential.
Qualifications: at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
