Job Description
Join Dekalb Trade Voice as an Assistant HR! In this role, you will monitor open positions, update the recruitment tracker, and create job descriptions and posters for social media and hiring channels. You will screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage the onboarding process. Additionally, you will maintain a CV database, support HR projects, and participate in performance evaluations.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract Length: 06 months
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
