Job Description
AV Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and documenting interactions. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential.
The position offers a competitive salary of Rs60,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, plus EOBI benefits and opportunities for growth.
This full-time role is located in D2, Johar Town Phase 1, Lahore. Preference will be given to nearby candidates.
