Web Metric is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Technical Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will support daily operations, manage scheduling, and ensure documentation is efficiently handled to facilitate smooth coordination across meetings, tasks, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage meetings using Google Calendar, Zoom, or Meet.
- Draft and organize documents in Google Docs.
- Update records and data in Google Sheets.
- Assist in creating workflows and reminders.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Virtual, Executive, or Personal Assistant preferred.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
