Job Description
One Network is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for HR Recruitment to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding for various departmental roles.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, drafting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating the selection process.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and possess 2–4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs100,00.00 – Rs110,00.00 per month. Work location is in person.
