We are seeking a dedicated Proposal Coordinator to prepare, edit, and finalize technical proposals and bid documents. The ideal candidate will compile inputs from various teams (technical, finance, operations) while ensuring compliance with RFP and tender requirements. You will maintain a library of proposal templates, enforce version control, and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals.
Requirements include a BSc in Chemistry or Physics, strong command of English (written and verbal), and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are a must.
