Job Description
Night-shift CSR (6:00 PM–4:00 AM) handling inbound/outbound U.S. calls to promote auto insurance, qualify, transfer or close leads. Responsibilities: phone sales, lead generation, meeting targets, and ensuring quality/compliance. Requirements: excellent verbal and written English, strong interpersonal skills, polite, punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn. We offer training, a friendly workplace, performance incentives, and a competitive base salary Rs40,00–65,00/month.
