Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Administrative support: Manage sales records, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and prepare sales materials.
• Customer communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order processing: Verify customer order accuracy, process orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Reporting and data management: Compile sales data, prepare sales reports, and maintain customer databases or CRM systems.
• Team and interdepartmental coordination: Liaise between the sales team and other departments like marketing, logistics, and shipping to ensure smooth operations.
• Strategy and goal support: Assist in developing sales strategies, tracking progress towards sales goals, and evaluating team performance.
• Staff support and training: Train new sales representatives and provide guidance to the sales team.

Timing: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Location: johar town

Salary: 300 to 400

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
