Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students about study abroad options, courses, and country selection.
- Explain admission requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up actively to ensure registrations and timely process completion.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international universities, programs, and policies.
- Achieve monthly targets of registrations and conversions.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in counseling or sales (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may apply).
- Strong communication, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
