Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Accounts to support financial operations, oversee bookkeeping, prepare monthly reports, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile statements, and assist with budgeting and audits. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years of relevant experience, solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or SAP), strong Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise junior staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
