Job Description
Far 360 Consultancy seeks a Food Cost Controller to monitor and control hotel F&B costs to maximize profitability. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management; 4–6 years in hospitality cost control (4–5‑star hotels preferred); strong F&B cost, inventory, and procurement skills. Duties: prepare daily/weekly/monthly cost and variance reports; supervise F&B and operational costs vs budgets; conduct stock audits; coordinate with Accounts and Purchasing to reduce waste and pilferage; review receiving reports and transfers. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs90,00–Rs115,00/month. Location: In person.
