Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring Lead Closing Executives to connect with leads, verify details, and close deals independently. Responsibilities: make outbound calls, confirm customer information, present products, handle objections, close deals, and maintain accurate records. Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confident, self-driven, target-oriented; sales or call center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.
