Job Description
ABIC seeks an HR Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. You will manage compliance across the employee lifecycle—onboarding, recordkeeping, audits, and offboarding—develop and update HR policies, advise on employee relations, and train HR and business teams. Require bachelor’s degree in HR, business, law, or related field and 5–7+ years in HR compliance or employment law. Strong knowledge of Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HRIS proficiency, auditing experience, and excellent communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. We value proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable candidates. Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Rs250,00–Rs300,00/month; Work Location: In person.
