Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join our U.S. Truck Dispatch team. You will make outbound calls to carriers and shippers, qualify leads, explain dispatch services, schedule pickups, and close sales. Maintain records in CRM, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate with dispatchers to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements: fluent English (US), excellent phone skills, persuasive communicator, basic knowledge of trucking operations preferred, reliable internet, and availability during U.S. business hours. Sales experience and a results-driven mindset are a plus. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and performance incentives.
