Job Description
Cloud Data Pvt Ltd seeks a reliable, target-oriented Field Recovery Officer to recover outstanding debts. Must be polite, persistent, and focused, with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency. Responsibilities: fluent Punjabi Saraiki speaking and typing; track assigned accounts; locate and contact debtors; negotiate payoffs or payment plans; handle questions and complaints; investigate discrepancies; build trust to avoid future issues; update account status and databases; alert supervisors if debtors cannot pay. Proven debt collection experience, experience working with targets and tight deadlines, and knowledge of relevant legal requirements are required. Full-time, on the road. Pay: Rs37,00/month.
