Job Description
You will join an outbound sales team based onsite in Soan Garden (Islamabad), working 6 PM–3 AM (US shift). Full-time role offering Rs40,00–50,00/month. As an Outbound Sales Representative you’ll conduct high-volume cold calls, follow up via email, qualify leads, book appointments, assist LinkedIn outreach, and keep CRM records updated. Targets are KPI-driven (calls, conversations, appointments). Requirements: strong English communication, BPO experience, prior exposure to US/Canadian campaigns, comfort with cold calling and objection handling, familiarity with dialers and CRMs, disciplined and target-oriented.
