Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Area Sales Manager for Venus Group to grow sales across assigned territories. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FMCG or food sales (including 2+ years managerial), a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business or Marketing, strong distributor and retail management knowledge, and excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributors and dealers, leading sales representatives, identifying new business, monitoring competitors and promotions, collaborating with marketing, ensuring timely collections, and preparing sales reports. Must be willing to travel extensively. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
