Job Description
Ns Nordics AS seeks a proactive Personal Assistant to provide full-time, in-person administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include calendar and correspondence management; preparing polished presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides); creating basic graphics (Canva/Adobe Express); conducting online research on Google, Amazon, and eBay; preparing reports; organizing files and databases; arranging travel and itineraries; supporting procurement by comparing products, prices, and suppliers; drafting and proofreading communications; and maintaining strict confidentiality. Strong presentation, basic design, and research skills required. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs100,00 per month.
