Job Description
Workforce Commerce seeks a confident Virtual Medical Assistant with 1+ years’ experience in US healthcare and MBBS or BDS. This full-time, permanent on-site role supports clinicians during US hours (6 PM–3 AM) handling patient scheduling, follow-ups, reminders, accurate EHR/EMR entries, documentation, charting, medical notes, patient communication (phone/email/portal), and insurance verification as needed. Must maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; HIPAA certification is a plus. Strong EHR/EMR skills and excellent communication are required. Please answer whether you have EHR/EMR experience, US healthcare experience, HIPAA certification, and state your qualifications when applying.
