Job Description

Ingredion Incorporated seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to drive QA strategy and lead a team. You will design test plans, implement automated and manual testing, manage CI/CD test pipelines, mentor engineers, define QA metrics, and gate releases. Requirements: 5+ years in software QA (2+ years leadership), automation (Selenium, Cypress or similar), API and database testing, CI tools, strong communication, Bachelor’s in CS or related; ISTQB a plus.
