Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Human Resources System Analyst for the Daraz department. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ relevant experience required. You will design, implement, and maintain HR systems to optimize processes and ensure policy compliance; conduct needs analyses with HR stakeholders; integrate HR systems with internal platforms to enable seamless data flow; train and support HR users; monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues with IT, and recommend enhancements and upgrades. Required skills: SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) and SQL. Clear communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
