Job Description
We are seeking a Confluent Kafka Tech Lead to architect, deploy, and optimize real-time streaming solutions using Confluent Platform. You will lead a small engineering team, design scalable Kafka architectures, ensure high availability, tune performance, implement security, and integrate with microservices on Kubernetes. Required: 5+ years with Kafka/Confluent, strong Java/Scala skills, experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), and event-driven design. Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential.
