Job Description
Factra is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support customers via live chat, email, and occasional calls. You’ll provide product and order information, troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases, and record recurring problems. Ideal candidates have strong written and spoken English, experience with chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Tawk or similar), calm multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset. Remote-ready applicants need a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace. Nice-to-have: eCommerce or SaaS support experience and basic order management knowledge. Shift: 2:00pm–11:30pm PST (9am–5:30pm UK). Location: In person — Lahore Gulberg Colony (must commute or relocate). Salary from Rs50,00/month.
