Job Description
Join Sarim Mumtaz as a Customer Support Representative based at RJ Mall, Rashid Minhas Road, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi. This full-time, in-person role (Rs25,00–30,00/month) requires a female candidate with a B.Com or BBA, strong English and Urdu communication, and basic MS Office and email/WhatsApp skills. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, and in person; provide accurate travel and booking information; handle complaints professionally; maintain client records; and support smooth service operations.
